You may return unwashed, unworn, unused, or defective merchandise within 30 days of order delivery. Merchandise received after the returnable period may be accepted in our sole discretion, and additional information may be requested.
Note that order cancellations occur before merchandise ships, and the Return Policy governs merchandise after shipment.

- Print a prepaid FedEx return label
To begin your return and create a prepaid FedEx label, use our interactive returns process. Returned items that meet our policy requirements above are free of charge and you will not be charge for the shipping label.
- Prepare your package
It is recommended that customers use the original packaging that the shipment came in and include the completed invoice. All products must be returned in their original condition, with tags still attached.
- Ship it
Secure the shipping label to the package making sure no other tracking labels are visible and drop it off at your nearest FedEx location.
Please note that if this returns process is not followed, then BIG STAR will not be responsible for returns lost in transit to us.
To exchange an item for a different size, please follow our return process as outlined above. To order and receive the new item, place a new order on bigstardenim.com at your earliest convenience. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund as quickly as possible.
When will my refund be processed?
We'll do everything we can to take care of your return quickly. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Returns with complete documentation receive priority.
We only accept purchases made from www.bigstardenim.com. If you purchased your merchandise from another retailer, then please contact the retailer and follow their return policy.
Returning items purchased as a gift
If you are returning a gift you received from a purchase made from this website and have the order number, you can follow the Easy Return process above.
