Checkout

You’re one step closer to finding your perfect fit. When you are ready to complete your purchase, simply go to checkout and follow these steps to place your order:

Already One Of Us?:

If you are a returning customer and have an account with Big Star, welcome back! Go ahead and sign in using your email address and password. You will be taken directly to the first checkout tab.

For First Timers:

If you are not registered, don’t worry about a thing. You may proceed without creating an account, or you can go ahead and join the crew by creating an account at checkout. Creating an account with us will make future checkout processes quick and easy. Plus, you’ll be the first to know any and all exciting updates such as new drops, fits, and deals.

The Important Stuff: Billing & Shipping:

Enter your billing information as it appears on your credit card statement. Your credit card will not be accepted without the appropriate billing address and telephone number. If you are a returning customer, your billing address will automatically appear on the billing and shipping page. If the shipping address is different than the billing address, make sure to enter the address where you would like your order shipped and check it twice to make sure it is good to go.

Shipping: On It's Way (Almost):

When prompted, select from the available shipping methods in the drop down menu for the item(s) you are purchasing. Note that when using PayPal as a payment method, only expedited shipping is available. To learn more about our shipping processes, click here.

Payment Info:

At this time, you must: (1) verify your address information is correct, (2) review your order, (3) enter your payment method, and (4) click "Place Order".

You Did It:

After you complete the checkout process, your purchase summary will appear. Your purchase summary should confirm the details of the order you placed and will provide you with a reference number. You should receive an email from us with your purchase summary, but we recommend printing a copy of the purchase summary page for your records.

(Finally!) On It's Way:

You will receive an order confirmation email which will include an order number. If you have an account with us, you may use the order number to track the status of your order in your account. Once items have been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with details of the item(s)that is on its way to you.

Secure Shopping

We use the latest technology encryption method called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). SSL encrypts the transmissions from our ecommerce servers as well as your computer. SSL encryption works by forming a matched pair with the transmission from your computer transmission and our server, so that only data to and from these sources can be validated and authenticated. If it sounds super high-tech and safe, that’s because it is.

Cancelling Your Order (If You Must):

Customers may cancel their order (except customized products may not be cancelled) prior to the product shipping by writing customer service and e-mail to customer service at cs@bigstardenim.com with the subject line “Notice of Cancellation for Order ######).  Once the product ships, then Customers must follow the Return Policy.

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

    • Difficulty in processing your payment information
    • Cannot ship to address provided
    • Duplicate order was placed

If your order is cancelled by us, you will receive an email which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you are interested in alternative products, please contact our Customer Service Team by email or by calling 877-564-7036 for a recommendation.
